By accessing and using LoreKeeper, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you will not be able to access the service.

2. Service Description

LoreKeeper is a virtual tabletop role-playing platform powered by an AI Game Master. We provide tools to create characters, manage campaigns, and experience narrative adventures with your friends.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not use another person's username without permission.

4. User Content

You own the content you create on the platform (characters, backstories, narratives). However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display this content as part of the service. You may not post illegal or offensive content, or content that violates third-party rights.

5. Rounds System and Payments

The service operates with a rounds system that can be acquired through in-app purchases. Consumed rounds are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify available prices and packages.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Interfere with the operation of the service
• Create content that violates intellectual property rights

7. Limitation of Liability

LoreKeeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the email associated with your account or by a notice on the platform.
